The tableau sits on an oval base with flowers and a rocky outcrop. The casting is sharp and crisp and the condition is very good, the white paint has worn in places and with rust adding to the character of the figures. The figures could be repainted, but we prefer the aged look which really adds to the appeal of these delightful Victorian pieces.
