テイスティングコメント：発酵は酵母と共に45日間。オークの大樽で2年熟成。縁にヴァイオレットが反射するマットなルビーレッド。乾燥プラムやバルサミックなブーケが、アルコールの強さを表しています。とても複雑でパワフルな香り。味わいはドライで、よい酸度と柔らかさを醸し出します。特徴的な焼いたチェリーのようなフレーバーと、はっきりと感じるチョコレートとシナモン。非常にデリケートでありながら、しっかりと主張をするタンニンは長く続き、満足感を与えるものに仕上がっています。

From grapes harvested in these vineyards, which enjoy long hours of sunshine and a warm climate due to the reflection from the lake, high quality Amarone is produced. Costasera, with its rich aroma of ripe fruit and firm structure, is said to be capable of long term aging for 35 years.
