Amherst 'North South' Shiraz Unit:Single purchasing more vineyards and expandingProducer Norman and Elizabeth Jones planted vines on their family farm in 1989 and established the Amherst brand. The farm is located 20 km southeast of Avoca in Victoria's Pyrenees wine region. The farm has been in the family for generations and is currently managed by Luke Jones, the son of Norman and Elizabeth. After obtaining a Diploma in Wine Science, Luke gained experience in the industry by working in hospitality, wholesale, and retail before
