Griswold made just one or two styles of pizzelle wafer (sometimes called a krumkake iron), even though they made them for Alfred Andresen out of Minnesota. This Swedish style Krumkake iron was a popular dessert or snack made with a decorative flair! Similar to Italian Pizzelles they make a light delicious treat.
