Laurent Ponsot Griotte-Chambertin Cuvée du Saule Grand Cru 2018 Puligny Montrachet The 2017 Clos de la90 92 points Burghound, Allen Meadows A perceptible if very slight whiff of volatile acidity adds lift to the deeply pitched nose of cassis, violet and game scents. The finer though once again less powerful flavors possess very good volume and solid richness on the mineral inflected, firm and persistent finish that is a bit raspy but not short.
