醸造方法：マァジが得意とする二重発酵を行った醸造したワインです。マルベックを軽く圧搾し、21-23℃で15日間ステンレスタンクで果皮とともに発酵。そこに圧搾前に全体の15%だけ軽く乾燥させたコルヴィーナと厳選された酵母を加え、18-20℃で15日間二次発酵を行います。 マロラクティック発酵の後に、フレンチオークの樽(二年樽70%、新樽30%)で9ヶ月間熟成させ、瓶内熟成は最低14日間。
