Seal Krete Clear Bonding Sealer, 1 Gal. J-B Weld Hot and cold 11C-11H/CA waterbased, acrylic application designed to protect above ground vertical concrete and masonry surfaces against moisture penetration. The sealer penetrates deep into the pores of concrete, binding sand and cement particles to form a tough, flexible yet breathable film. It is excellent for binding chalky surfaces to improve paint adhesion on either painted or unpainted substrates. Seal Krete strengthens mortar joints, reduces efflorescence on brick,
