Depicting a cat sitting a window sill with a snow covered landscape and buildings through the window in the background. The cat is staring and looking quite bemused at a pot with a Christmas Rose in it (the clue is in the title). Made from glazed porcelain. In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. On the back of the plate there are two
