Vignerons de la Sonsierra La Canoca, 2022 3 Bottle Gifts white pepper and a touchTempranillo with a pinch of the white grape Viura, from 50 year old bush vines planted on loam and limestone soils. This is a wine from a unique area, a valley named 'La Canoca' perched at an altitude of 600 meters in the village of San Vincente de la Sonsierra. The tiny parcels are surrounded by wild herbs such as fennel, thyme and rosemary. Aged 10 months in 500L French oak barrel, this wine displays black cherry and subtle vanilla flavours.
