Paul Young Boat Rod 8' 2/2 #7 10'6" Two-opposed node patternFor sale here is a very scarce Paul H. Young "Boat Rod" eight feet with two sections and two tips. Serial #2265 made in May of 1957. This model was designed for fishing the AuSable River "hex" hatch from a boat. Less than 50 of this model were made by the Paul Young Rod Company, and of that number only approximately 25 were made by Paul himself. Some of these models were also called the "Encampment Special" for his clients who fished the Encampment
