A pair of birds cruise by one cool fall evening
As a result my love has grown over the years for these wild and vastly connected waterways that cover so much of those regions
but it gave me the feeling that I wanted to portray in this painting we ended up spending about six or seven eight days back in this area sleeping on a ground mat under the stars and throughout that time there were these moments all week long night and day that continued to inspire me more and more and as I began to take in all of the beauty in this area I just knew that I had to paint something from this experience
featuring a restored wetland and waterfowl in flight
This would make for an absolutely stunning center piece in any room
"Western Monarch" - Badlands Landscape, Mule Deer Framed Art Print Landscapes A pair of birds cruise"Western Monarch" Western North Dakota is one of the most incredible places. The scenery is some of the most unique that you'll ever find, history is everywhere, and the wildlife is abundant. Bighorn sheep, elk, bison, pronghorn, and many others roam the vast and rugged countryside. The mule deer however is one of my most favorite animals to roam this land. I took all my best memories and compiled them into this piece I titled "Western Monarch."
