1950s Aldo Londi for Bitossi Ceramic Table Lamp trevor-price 1970's Midcentury Belgium polished chrome1950s Italian designed by Aldo Londi and manufactured by Bitossi ceramic pottery table lamp base. Following some research I believe it may have originally been a candlestick but converted to a table lamp in the past. The antique brass bulb holder has the on off switch fitted into it which is accessed beneath the shade. It's been converted well because the flex is hidden and runs through the tapered column shaped base exiting through a drilled hole
