Rethberg, Elisabeth - Signed photo in La Campana Sommersa Autographs Actresses - Letter O-P-Q Size 5 x 3German soprano (1894 1976) who developed an important career at the Metropolitan opera as a performer of Wagnerian roles. Gorgeous signed photo, shown as Rautendelein, in La Campana Sommersa, opera by Ottorino Respighi, at the US premiere in 1928 in presence of the composer at the Met Opera. Size is 8 x 10 inches, inscribed and dated in Ravinia in 1929, in excellent condition
