Vogeler Company Baltimore, MD Antique painted tin shelf sign for cough drops. Red Star Cough Cure was a brand of throat lozenges formulated by Charles Vogeler. They were advertised as only being made with "nominal poisons and opiates." Sign features red lettering and the Red Star graphic against an off white field.
