This special spoon is hand carved of sustainably harvested Black Walnut wood by craftsman and woodworker Matija Riner in Northeastern Slovenia. Matija started handcrafting spoons, cutting boards and other kitchenware in 2012 and went on to formally study woodworking and design. He uses smooth organic lines inspired by nature's forms to carve locally
