Executed in solid mahogany wood with crocodile embossed imitation leather and foam padded seats, these chairs reflect Saarinens architectural approach to furniture design, balancing structural rigor with refined craftsmanship. The chairs were designed for the home of Eliel's brother Hannes. Both chairs bear a label numbered 195 and 196.
