Château Falfas - Le Chevalier-magnum, 2011 Rosé candied violet and exotic spicesFrom the oldest vines of the estate over 75 year old Le Chevalier spent 18 months ageing in new oak barrels. Plenty of style. Rich, ripe, concentrated and full bodied with notes of dark wild berries and a little spice well supported by acidity. Ample and voluptuous on the palate. Certainly one of the very best of the Ctes de Bourg appellation. A Grand Vin!
