Our newest Willa Heart style is a sweet dream in cotton sateen, featuring Willa Heart's mint and plum Carrot and Dot artwork in a bamboo trellis repeat. The boat neck dress has cap sleeves and is finished with a pert bow at center front. Fully lined, buttons up the back. Full skirt is gathered into it's lining at the hem, creating the
