Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 2024 Capacity:75 cl 5 mois en cuve inoxThe "DOMAINE DE LA PPIRE" cuve is made from 25 year old vines rooted in well drained granite soils, which promote early ripening of the grapes. This wine is the product of organic and biodynamic farming, without herbicides or synthetic chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully transported to the winery for natural vinification on the lees until the following spring.
