Ginna Club 2021 Savoie le cépage ribolla gialla –Old vines of Ugni Blanc grown in the Gers, the grapes are destemmed before undergoing 1 month of skin contact in amphorae. A great example of what maceration can bring to relatively non aromatic grapes: as well as fruit and freshness, both character and verve.
