Petit Colorado 2024 OP_estivale_2026 Jérôme Gradassi's vision guarantees aMade entirely from Syrah grapes, this wine comes from young vines under 20 years old planted in the granite soils of Charnas. Vinification involves partially destemmed grapes (80%), followed by a 12 day fermentation and maceration at 28C. Daily pump overs and six months of aging in stainless steel tanks contribute to a fruity and supple profile, fully expressing the character of the weathered granite soils.
