A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, it is produced using semi carbonic maceration, which enhances its freshness and fruity character. The planting density and controlled yield of 35 hl ha allow for a full expression of the grape varieties, while ensuring a smooth and supple texture on the palate.
