Brouilly 2022 Capacity:75 cl Le Château Les Hauts deA vineyard undergoing a transformation, Alex Foillard has opted for respectful viticulture, initiating organic conversion from the outset. On his granite plots in Beaujolais, he uses carbonic maceration and ages the wine in concrete tanks for nine months, without filtration. His 50 year old vines produce a refined wine, where each winemaking step is meticulously controlled to preserve the authenticity and pure expression of the terroir.
