COTSWOLDS Sherry Cask 57,4%, Single Malt Whisky, Angleterre higlands A marvel of richness withCOTSWOLDS Sherry Cask 57. 4%, Single Malt Whiskey Description The fourth permanent reference from the English distillery, Cotswolds Sherry Cask, is made from a blend presented at cask strength, of 4 types of sherry casks. We find ex Oloroso casks made of Spanish and American oak, as well as ex Pedro Ximenez casks made of oak from the same origins. Like all Cotswold whiskies, it is distilled from 100% local barley, malted in the traditional way.
