Gamays 2024 Capacity:75 cl directly from MrHand harvested and crafted without added sulfites, this red wine draws its unique character from the volcanic soils. The winemaking process emphasizes indigenous yeasts and daily punch downs for slow extraction, followed by 8 to 10 days of maceration. After cold stabilization and rigorous filtration, it was bottled in December 2023. This artisanal approach results in a pure and delicate wine, ideal for appreciating the true essence of Gamay.
