Fuoripista Pinot grigio 2015 Roussillon Zweigelt – named after theProduced from a Pinot Gris vine a very common grape variety in Trentino on a gravelly soil, an off piste macerated white which is radically different from common production. Vinified by maceration with the skins for 8 months in amphorae (Spanish tinajas) and aged in acacia barrels, a colorful wine, both rich and subtle: an original vision of Pinot Gris.
