Pierres Blanches 2024 coup-de-coeur initiated in the 1960sThis wine is the result of meticulous work on a clay limestone terroir, gently sloping south at an altitude of 285 meters. The Mauzac and Len de l'El grapes are hand harvested to ensure optimal ripeness. Natural winemaking without the addition of sulfur, combined with fermentation in barrels and tanks, gives this wine a beautiful authenticity. Thanks to low yields, the aromas are concentrated and preserved.
