Its a vanilla card with no abilities, but can potentially be used as either a late game Lore boost or in decks that push heavy hitters into play early

Chapter II offers them a permanent buff, and that also makes it more likely they can be good attackers, allowing Chapter III to be even more potent
All ten of the fetch lands were the highlight, but also stuff like the allied-colour bond lands (the enemy-colour ones wouldn't be released until Commander Legends later that year), Wasteland, Strip Mine, and Valakut the Molten Pinnacle
That being said, there are cheaper ways to play and plenty of resources for making budget decks, especially for Commander
But perhaps the most perfect reprint in this drop is Tim the Enchanter, a reprint of Prodigal Sorcerer
